Before you apply, please read carefully the LOPsy Internal Bylaws/Psychotherapist and psychotherapy training center Appendix ( Resource page ) to verify if you possess the requirements, and submit a copy of the payment receipt as proof of payment of the $200 accreditation file study fee. (WHISH application under Others / Others).

N.B: The Bylaws should include:

The management of the center, the workflow, and decision-making processes
The constituents of the training program being the initial practitioner training as well as the trainer/supervisor training: registration requirements, participation requirements, completion requirements; the topics and number of hours dedicated for the dis dedicated for supervision, the requirements for completing the training being training of therapists or training of trainers/supervisors.
The safeguard measures: ethical conduct, conflict of interest document, confidentiality
A clear job description for each personnel, being administrative or scientific/teaching. The job description should include the caseload/teaching assigned for the supervisor (number of supervisees/supervisor; number of teaching hours).
